Thank you for your interest in consigning with “Vintage Collective”
The store sells a curated selection of Vintage, Designer and Edgy “loved” clothing, costume jewellery and accessories.
I look for stand out beautiful vintage items, designer & edgy labels that will stand the test of ti

I’m particular in my selection process, as the store is only tiny and the items consigned need to fit with my
stock currently in store.
Please do not be offended if I do not take your items, this could be for several reasons. Items may be of the wrong season, not fit with current stock or I may be looking for stock in certain sizes or era’s. This doesn’t mean at a later stage I may not be interested in looking at other items. We can discuss that at the time.

My space is constricted so choices have to style / merchandise together perfectly.

CONDITION

• Excellent to very good condition with an understanding that vintage items are older, and will shows signs of wear
• Items MUST be clean – this means washed or dry cleaned (void of all stale or perfumed smells)
• I launder all garments with a light hand wash, steam or press before being hung in store.
• No marks, stains, rips or tears – unless noted.
• If any marks or stains are found when laundering, I will contact you and place them aside to discuss.
• Camphor or Moth Ball smelling clothing and fabric accessories cannot be accepted

PRICING

• The store takes 50% of the total retail price.
• Please advise me what price you want for each item –we can also discuss it at the time.
• I will always aim to get you the best possible price.

TIME FRAME

• 4 – 8 weeks. This will depend on how much interest has been shown in each individual item.

PAYMENT

• Payment for items sold will be at the end of each 4 week period via bank deposit unless otherwise pre-arranged.

COLLECTION

• I will contact you via text or telephone at the end of the TIME FRAME. Items are to be collected within 2 weeks, as I do not have the storage facility.
• Un collected items – items will only be held for a maximum time frame of 2 months after contacting you.
